Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure all items are clean, hair-free, and in their original packaging with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange size within 3-5 business days.
